- Work location: Havelock and Pasir Panjang
- Provides administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site.
- To submit the service request tickets in ITSM when requested by the support teams or clients, track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time.
- To help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
- To help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
- To keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity.
- Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written.
- Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
