- Oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, and services, including servers, networks, devices, and applications.
- Ensure data security, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Manage IT staff, vendors, and service performance, setting KPIs for user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Support College events and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with central technology team on optimization and updates.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead IT projects and drive innovation, including automation and AI initiatives.
- Provide regular e-safety reports and ensure responsible digital use across the College.
- Minimum 5+ years in IT service management or technical support (education sector experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, and PowerShell.
- Experience with VMware virtualization and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD).
- Familiarity with network configuration (switches, wireless access points).
- Basic Linux/macOS administration; scripting (Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of school applications (SIS, LMS, EdTech tools) is advantageous.
- ITIL certification or equivalent desirable.
