About the Role
Our client is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Representative to manage delivery and operational support for IT production systems and services. This role focuses on ensuring production stability, supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, improving service performance, and managing risks to service continuity. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and able to grow into a subject matter expert while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery for IT production systems and services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices remain online and available.
- Support the full infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and service stability.
- Handle service management activities independently and develop subject matter expertise over time.
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of services across environments.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity.
- 2–4 years of relevant ITSM / production support experience.
- Strong working knowledge of multi-tier applications and modern production environments.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Data-streaming technologies
- Java
- Pega
- ElasticSearch
- Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Advanced understanding of:
- Incident Management
- Configuration Management
- Release Management
