Job Title: IT Support Engineer (3 Months Contract for a start; extendable)
Location:  Ang Mo Kio (AMK)
Working Hours (Shift):  Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:  Up to $3,000 month (Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive  IT Support Engineer  to join our team at our AMK campus for a 3 -month contract. You will be the first line of support, responsible for delivering timely and effective IT assistance to end-users. If you're passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.

Note:  This role may involve occasional rotating shifts to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used applications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of support cases, incidents, and solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including account setups and hardware allocation.
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and updates.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to support projects and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
