Position Title: Early Career Program Manager (12 Months Contract) 

About the Role
Our client's Early Careers team is looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Program Manager (Junior) to support the delivery and coordination of our regional early talent programs, including internships, graduate programs, and apprenticeships.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Asia Pacific Program Management Lead to plan, execute, and continuously enhance program activities across multiple countries. You will collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global teams to deliver a world-class experience for early talent, from onboarding through program completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning & development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
  • Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring seamless logistics and engagement.
  • Communications: Draft and distribute program communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Data & Reporting: Track attendance, gather participant feedback, and prepare reports on program performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and functional teams to meet program objectives and timelines.
  • Brand & Engagement: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media posts, campus engagement, and internal communications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to improve participant experience and program efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to attend occasional after-hours or weekend events (approx. 15%) for campus, program, or networking activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, or events management(experience in Early Careers or graduate programs is a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
  • Passionate about supporting and developing early career talent.
