Job Title: Events Administrative Analyst (6 Months Contract)
Location: Singapore

Position Overview
We are seeking an Events Administrative Analyst (Contractor) to provide operational and administrative support for our client. 

This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution across attendee registration, travel coordination, and client incentives management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attendee Registration Management
  • Manage the full end-to-end registration process, including data entry, verification, and confirmation.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accuracy of participant information.

  • Support reporting and analysis of registration statistics for event planning and post-event evaluation.

2. Event Travel Support
  • Coordinate flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistical needs for event participants.

  • Liaise with travel agencies to ensure accurate, timely travel arrangements.

  • Track schedules, changes, and cancellations while maintaining updated travel records.

3. Client Incentives Management
  • Prepare and coordinate incentive documentation and contracts with internal teams and clients.

  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of incentive transactions.

  • Generate weekly/bi-weekly reports on incentive utilisation.

Candidate Profile Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in events, travel coordination  or operations support.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
