IT Functional Analyst (SAP HR) – Entry Level / Junior
12 Months Contract

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Functional Analyst (SAP HR) to join our client's IT functional team. This role is ideal for candidates with an IT or Computer Science background who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, SAP HR modules, system testing, and solution design within a real project environment.

You will be trained on SAP systems and work closely with experienced team members, gaining valuable exposure to system investigations, change requests, and IT project processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of the IT functional team supporting SAP HR systems.
  • Learn and use the SAP HR system, performing functional and system testing across various modules and features.
  • Learn and use SAP Enable Now to create user guides and training materials.
  • Support system investigations by assisting in analysing reported issues and understanding root causes.
  • Shadow senior team members to learn how system changes and enhancements are implemented as part of client Change Requests (CRs).
  • Assist in solution design documentation and functional support activities.
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end IT project processes in a structured enterprise environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Strong academic performance, particularly in IT-related modules.
  • Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn enterprise systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred / Advantageous Skills
  • Exposure to SAP HR or SAP systems (academic or internship experience is acceptable).
  • Basic programming knowledge and/or SQL.
  • Prior experience in system testing, internships, or IT projects is a plus.
