L1 Engineer – Cloud Support (AWS & Azure)

We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Engineer to join a project-based team supporting AWS and Azure environments across multiple initiatives.

📍 Location: Alexandra, Singapore
📄 Employment Type: ContractU
💰 Salary: (depending on experience)
🇸🇬 Open to Singaporeans only due to project requirements
Immediate Starters

🔹 Responsibilities
• Monitor AWS & Azure cloud environments
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident support
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
• Support users with cloud access and configuration requests
• Maintain incident documentation and logs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple projects

🔹 Requirements
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Basic knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Storage, AD, Monitor)
• Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with shift support or on-call duties if required

✨ Preferred Skills
• Exposure to ITIL processes
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Prior internship or working experience in cloud support
