About the Role
We are looking for a Low-Code Engineer with Salesforce expertise to deliver Salesforce solutions primarily using declarative (low-code) tools on the Lightning Platform. You will design and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, build reporting dashboards, support integrations, and produce clear documentation to support governance and adoption. This role is suited to someone who is hands-on with Salesforce configuration, structured in delivery, and comfortable working with stakeholders in a compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools(e.g., configuration and automation).
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and security/access settings.
- Build and maintain automation using workflows/approvals/flows (as applicable to the org’s setup).
- Support integrations and data flows (working with technical teams on requirements, mappings, and testing).
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI views for stakeholders.
- Produce technical documentation(solution design notes, configuration documentation, SOPs, and user guides where needed).
- Support testing activities (SIT/UAT support), defect triage, and change request implementation.
Mandatory
- Proven Salesforce project experience in at least one Salesforce Cloud: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform configuration(declarative tools and setup).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications(please list clearly on the CV).
- Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on Singapore Public Sector Salesforce projects (government agencies).
- Experience working in structured environments with governance and documentation requirements.
- Salesforce project experience(role, scope, clouds used, outcomes)
- Salesforce certifications(name + year attained if available)
- Salesforce Cloud Experience Summary(Service / Marketing / Data / Experience Cloud)
