RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support NPI activities, including process development, qualification, and production ramp-up.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on yield, quality, and process-related issues.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, box-build, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management tools is advantageous.
