Marketing Manager, Growth Products (APAC)
Client: Fintech 
Location: Singapore 
Contract: 6 Months 

This role sits within the Regional Growth Products Marketing team, supporting the execution of product marketing and go-to-market initiatives across APAC. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Director of Growth Products Marketing to drive product adoption, launch campaigns, and support regional marketing execution for key growth products.

The position requires someone who is strong in execution, cross-functional collaboration, and product marketing, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across product, marketing, communications, legal, and design teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for growth products across APAC markets
  • Develop product marketing materials, one-pagers, partner collateral, and internal enablement content
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launches, including feature releases and market rollouts
  • Work closely with country marketing teams to ensure localized campaign execution
  • Manage cross-functional workflows across product, marketing, legal, design, and communications teams
  • Track product adoption metrics, campaign performance, and reporting for leadership updates
  • Drive internal communications including regional newsletters and updates
  • Gather market feedback and insights to refine product positioning and messaging
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or B2B/B2C tech marketing
  • Strong experience in product launches, GTM execution, and cross-functional program management
  • Excellent content development and storytelling ability
  • Able to work independently and manage projects end-to-end in a global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or product teams is advantageous
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, adoption metrics, or performance tracking
