About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Marketing Benefits to join our client’s Asia Pacific marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Solutions Marketing, this role will lead the development and execution of insights-driven, high-impact marketing programs across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client marketers to elevate our client’s Benefits, Rewards, and Loyalty value propositions across multiple media and consumer touchpoints.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management and deep experience in lifestyle or payments-related marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Benefits Marketing Leadership
- Define and drive the regional marketing strategy for our client’s benefits, rewards, and loyalty programs.
- Lead benefits pillars across travel, dining, wellness, lifestyle, and premium experiences.
- Shape our client’s benefits narrative across sponsorship properties.
- Partner with product and strategy teams to localize and position our client’s Benefits narrative for the APAC region.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring strong brand consistency and relevance across markets.
- Create toolkits, sales enablement materials, and marketing assets for markets and clients.
- Develop brand positioning, value propositions, frameworks, and messaging for key stakeholders.
- Translate complex benefits into compelling and clear consumer value propositions.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, multi-channel marketing content.
- Operate effectively within a matrixed global and regional environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, client marketing teams, and external partners to drive execution excellence.
- 7+ years of marketing experience
in payments, banking, fintech, luxury, financial technology, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
and consumer marketing.
- Experience in lifestyle verticals such as travel, dining, wellness, hotels, sports or entertainment.
- Proven success developing go-to-market strategies
for B2B and B2C products.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership and execute with excellence.
- Experience working in matrixed, regional, or global organisations.
