Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – Benefits to drive the development and execution of insight-led, integrated marketing programs across APAC.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Solutions Marketing, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams and client marketers to strengthen brand preference and increase the usage of our client’s products and benefits across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Benefits Strategy
Define and drive the APAC marketing strategy for our client’s benefits, rewards, and loyalty programs across key pillars such as travel, dining, wellness, and lifestyle.
Support sponsorship activations including sports (FIFA, Olympics) as well as gaming, music, and fashion.
- Localisation & Positioning
Partner with product teams to localise and position our client’s benefits narrative across diverse APAC markets, ensuring relevance to both consumers and clients.
- Campaign Development & Execution
Develop and deliver integrated regional campaigns that scale across priority markets, driving awareness, engagement, and usage through compelling storytelling.
- Sales Enablement & Toolkits
Create marketing toolkits and playbooks(e.g., messaging frameworks, campaign assets) to support internal stakeholders and clients in market activation.
- Value Proposition Development
Translate complex cardholder benefits into clear, compelling value propositions tailored for different target audiences.
- Agency & Content Management
Lead external creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with regional, global, and client teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and governance of marketing programs.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in regional or leadership roles
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or financial services preferred (luxury or lifestyle sectors also considered)
- Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex product offerings into compelling customer narratives
- Proven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams across multiple markets
