About the Role
Our client is seeking a  Operation Admin / Executive  on a 6-month contract to support key operational and data quality activities within the Third Party Risk Management function. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, strong process governance, and timely completion of operational tasks related to vendor engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data quality checks on Statements of Work (SOW) information, including validation of SOW IDs and related vendor documentation.

  • Create, update, and manage system-generated e-tasks for vendor onboarding, due diligence, renewals, and related workflows.

  • Monitor and track operational steps, ensuring tasks are completed in line with internal timelines and compliance requirements.

  • Support the TPRM team in reviewing third-party information for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies.

  • Assist with issue resolution, escalations, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing data integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in vendor management, third-party risk, operations, compliance, procurement, or data quality.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in workflow systems, task management tools, and MS Excel.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
