Role Overview
This role supports the Wealth Investment Business across Singapore and Hong Kong, focusing on Fixed Income and Structured Notes products. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end operations processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations processing across contracting, settlement, and asset servicing for Fixed Income and Structured Notes
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within stipulated cut-off timelines
- Maintain high service standards and support business expectations on operational matters
- Handle high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Work effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines and service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams across Investment Operations and Business Units
- Ensure compliance with Citi’s policies, controls, and operational procedures
Experience & Knowledge
- Knowledge of investment products, particularly Fixed Income Securities and Structured Products
- Experience in trade processing, settlement or order management is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and fast-paced environments
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Prior exposure to wealth operations / investment operations
- Comfortable handling time-sensitive and high-volume transactions
- Able to operate independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
