Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee production activities, setting priorities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Direct multiple functions to optimize production and maximize utilization of human resources, machinery, and equipment.
  • Review and analyze reports on production, quality control, engineering, and operations to identify and resolve issues impacting product specifications or operational performance.
  • Develop and implement streamlined, cost-effective processes and procedures to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance product quality.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the manufacturing cell and across other departments, including customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure a safe, productive, and compliant working environment at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles.
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on new product launches and quality improvement projects.
  • Motivate, coach, and empower teams to foster accountability and deliver operational plans effectively.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support sales growth and increase production volume.
  • Advance engineering and operational capabilities to meet evolving market demands and deliver differentiated value to customers.
  • Comply with all relevant organizational policies, including quality, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
Requisite Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a multinational organization, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.

  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive vision and purpose.
