Job Purpose:
To support project migration activities. As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
- Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
- Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
- Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
- Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Relevant financial services internship or co-op experience would be an advantage.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform data validation and system checks accurately.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with banking systems, account maintenance and data handling processes.
- Experience or exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) review and validation processes would be an advantage.
