About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to design, build, and optimize data solutions that support business intelligence and reporting needs. This role involves working with Oracle databases, developing dashboards in Qlik Sense or Tableau, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, automating reporting processes, and supporting cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database stored procedures for reporting and analytics.
- Design and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense(preferred) or Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Document processes, procedures, and dashboards for knowledge sharing.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to business units.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop effective solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle DB stored procedures and query scripting.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard reporting tools(Qlik Sense preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid acumen in data analysis and interpretation.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Agile processes and SDLC tools.
- Experience with SAS (Statistical Analysis System).
- Practical working experience in Python scripting for ETL pipelines.
Additional Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Machine Learning or Python-based data analytics pipelines.
- Experience in dashboard visualization(Qlik Sense preferred).
- Familiarity with Oracle stored procedures.
