About the Role
We’re hiring a highly experienced Oracle IAM Specialist to design, build, and support enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management solutions for a leading financial services environment. You’ll be the go-to expert across Oracle OIM/OAM, ADF, and SOA Suite, driving secure, compliant, and scalable IAM capabilities from requirements through production.
What You’ll Do
- Engineer & Customize Oracle IAM: Design, configure, and extend Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM) solutions to meet security and business objectives.
- Application Onboarding (OIM): Implement end-to-end onboarding including connector configuration (e.g., AD/LDAP/DB/SAP), provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, reconciliation, and access policy design.
- ADF UI Enhancements: Build and optimize Oracle ADF-based customizations for intuitive self-service, request/approval, and admin UIs.
- SOA Integrations: Design and develop Oracle SOA/BPEL composites and services to automate workflows, orchestrate approvals, and integrate with upstream/downstream systems.
- Requirements & Delivery: Partner with business, security, and platform teams to gather requirements, produce solution designs, estimates, and implementation plans; lead build, test, and rollout.
- Reliability & Performance: Troubleshoot complex issues across OIM/OAM/ADF/SOA/WebLogic; conduct root-cause analysis; optimize performance, stability, and scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Align implementations to financial-grade controls (e.g., SoD, least privilege, auditability) and support audits, evidence, and reporting.
- Documentation & Handover:
Produce high-quality design docs, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials for operations teams.
- 10+ years overall IT experience, including 7+ years hands-on with Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM) in enterprise settings.
- Proven application onboarding expertise in OIM: connectors, provisioning workflows, custom event handlers, access policies, scheduled tasks, and reconciliation.
- Strong development background with Oracle ADF and Oracle SOA Suite/BPEL; solid Java/JEE skills.
- Financial services experience and familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., audit, access reviews, SoD).
- Strength in diagnostics & performance tuning across OIM/OAM/ADF/SOA/WebLogic, including thread dumps, logs, and JVM tuning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with WebLogic administration, OUD/OID, LDAP, SSO standards (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC), REST/SOAP services, and CI/CD for Oracle middleware.
- Exposure to certification/attestation processes, access review tooling, and role mining.
- Relevant certifications (Oracle, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Core: Oracle OIM, OAM, ADF, SOA Suite(BPEL/Mediator), WebLogic
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, JDBC, LDAP/AD, DB connectors
- Security: SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, federation, password/credential store policies
