Contract: 3 months, renewable
Location: Central Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 6,900 per month
Scope of Services
The OutSystems Developer will be responsible for:
- Implementing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, external ICT providers, and government agencies on system operations, maintenance, and new initiatives.
- Researching technology trends and developing proof of concepts.
- Working closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Reviewing project deliverables (code, design documents, test plans, reports) to ensure completeness and acceptance.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, closing any compliance gaps.
- Following OutSystems coding best practices and architecture patterns to optimize performance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a software developer.
- OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive/Traditional Web/ODC Developer).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for error reduction, debugging, workflow automation, and data integration/modeling (preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure tools such as Azure DevOps (ticket management) and Azure Pipeline (deployments) is an advantage.
- Cloud certification (AWS preferred).
- Experience in SDLC-related projects.
- Agile development experience.
- Knowledge of OutSystems BDD framework.
- Understanding of application security and best practices in development standards.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies with hands-on experience in application and systems testing.
