Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery / Program Manager to lead solutioning and project delivery for a regional digital loyalty platform. This role plays a critical part in driving successful implementations across markets by working closely with regional teams, partners, and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about digital product solutions, customer engagement, and innovation in the loyalty ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the loyalty platform and related customer engagement solutions across the AP region

  • Design scalable and tailored solutions for new client opportunities by understanding both commercial and technical requirements

  • Partner with regional and market teams to support end-to-end client implementations

  • Collaborate with technology and partner teams on platform enhancements, solution development, and issue resolution

  • Build and refine a repeatable and scalable delivery framework for customer engagement solutions

  • Manage and oversee projects across the full lifecycle — from planning through successful go-live

  • Track project status, risks, issues, changes, priorities, and trade-offs

  • Maintain product and project documentation, including FAQs, API documentation, and implementation materials

  • Work with partner teams to generate client performance reports and data insights

  • Ensure compliance with quality, security, and operational resilience requirements

  • Oversee contract administration processes including Statements of Work, Purchase Requisitions, and coordination with Finance and Billing

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, banking, or payment processing environments

  • Background in product management, pre-sales, or solutioning roles

  • Strong experience in the loyalty and benefits domain

  • Proven track record in managing product solution implementations from concept to launch

  • Experience using project management tools and methodologies

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

  • Technical acumen to understand and explain technical concepts clearly

  • Digitally curious and up to date with industry and customer experience trends

Preferred
  • Good understanding of payment industry ecosystems and transaction flows

  • Awareness of emerging trends and innovations in the loyalty and customer engagement space
