The Difference You’ll Make
As Supply Operations Manager / Partnership Manager, you will work closely with regional acquisition leads to grow and optimize high-quality supply across priority destinations. You’ll manage the operator lifecycle — from acquisition to ramp-up and long-term success — while ensuring overall marketplace health.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration across business, design, legal, and operations as we scale a curated global marketplace. You will also serve as an external-facing ambassador for our client within the industry.
What You’ll Do
Industry Awareness & Sourcing
- Identify culturally relevant activities that reflect the identity of each city
- Stay ahead of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends
- Build and maintain strong regional sourcing pipelines
- Support acquisition teams by managing leads through internal funnels and tracking systems
- Improve processes to reduce friction and accelerate operator onboarding
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
- Support operators during their first 3–6 months on platform
- Provide guidance on pricing, experience delivery, and growth best practices
- Drive retention and business success for priority operators
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to cross-functional partners
- Identify issues, build business cases, and help remove operational blockers
- Maintain accurate data across systems and reporting tools
- Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure newly onboarded experiences meet our client’s quality and brand standards
- Align sourcing with cultural relevance and brand vision

Your Experience
- 8+ years in supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of regional travel, entertainment, food & beverage, and cultural trends
- Sharp eye for quality and emerging market movements
- Proven ability to deliver results against KPIs
- Experience working cross-functionally across business, creative, and technical teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and tracking systems
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
