Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies, test plans, and test scenarios based on system architecture and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Execute various performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing, and analyze system behavior under different conditions.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, and correlate performance metrics with test results.
- Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, and infrastructure) and collaborate with development teams on performance improvements.
- Create and manage performance test data and maintain test environments.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, metrics, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Participate in performance tuning activities and capacity planning discussions.
- For experienced candidates, hands-on AWS Cloud experience is required.
- Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with one or more performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
