Your Mission
Drive the end-to-end development of advanced detection solutions, managing cross-functional teams. You'll transform proof-of-concepts into scalable industrial applications, ensuring our innovative reader devices deliver exceptional performance in real-world environments.
Your Core Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
• Champion technology development from initial concept through full-scale industrial deployment
• Design and execute comprehensive experimental programs, translating data into strategic roadmaps
• Enhance existing detection capabilities while pioneering next-generation measurement methodologies
Team & Partnership Management
• Direct R&D laboratory operations and cultivate team excellence
• Orchestrate collaborations with external partners and subcontractors for advanced manufacturing
• Provide expert technical guidance and training to clients as their trusted advisor
Strategic Execution
• Accelerate proof-of-concept development for rapid concept validation
• Create compelling technical demonstrations for stakeholders and prospects
• Deliver precise, actionable reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Essential Qualifications Required
Technical Foundation
• PhD in Physics or related field OR 8+ years of equivalent senior-level experience
• Specialized expertise in radiation sources, spectroscopy or detection device technologies
• Demonstrated success in technology commercialization and industrial manufacturing
Leadership Excellence
• Proven ability to lead diverse, international project teams in complex technical environments
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to distill complex scientific concepts for varied audiences
• Strong organizational capabilities with solutions-oriented approach
Professional Attributes
• Collaborative mindset with hands-on leadership style
• Flexibility for international travel and cross-timezone collaboration
