BAU & Operations Support Analyst (12-Month Contract)
Location: Singapore

About the Role
Our client is looking for  BAU & Operations Support Analysts to join a strategic transformation programme within its Wealth business.

In this role, you'll support a large-scale business transformation initiative while ensuring business-as-usual (BAU) operations continue seamlessly. Working closely with business, operations, technology and programme teams, you'll help coordinate daily operations, monitor performance, manage operational issues and support key governance activities throughout the programme lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in operations, PMO, business analysis or project support within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
BAU Operations & Process Management
  • Coordinate day-to-day BAU activities to ensure smooth operational continuity.
  • Support recurring operational processes, reporting cycles and stakeholder deliverables.
  • Balance BAU priorities alongside ongoing transformation initiatives.
Operational Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare operational dashboards, KPI/KRI reports and management updates.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify trends or potential risks.
  • Provide timely reporting and insights to support business decision-making.
Issue Management & Operational Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve operational incidents.
  • Maintain issue logs and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Programme teams to support daily operations.
  • Prepare operational updates, governance materials and action trackers for regular meetings.
  • Facilitate communication across workstreams to minimise operational disruption.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Recommend practical solutions to strengthen operational resilience and workflow effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or Operational Support within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience supporting BAU operations alongside business transformation or project delivery.
  • Strong experience preparing operational dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting and management reports.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in issue management, operational support and incident tracking.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO), Business Analyst or Operations Analyst supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, Consumer Banking or Financial Services Operations.
  • Experience supporting operational readiness, business transition or legal entity migration programmes.
  • Familiarity with project governance, reporting frameworks and operational risk management.
