RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure manufacturing targets for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are achieved.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including manpower planning, attendance management, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality management systems.
- Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, box-build, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing is preferred.
