RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable tasks with clear owners, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and operate the project management system as the single source of truth for all projects.
- Track execution across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up with project leaders to confirm progress, resolve blockers, and validate delivery dates.
- Capture and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, ensuring follow-through.
- Build and update task plans, timelines, and cross-project Gantt charts.
- Ensure all required project documentation (plans, protocols, reports) is produced and stored correctly.
- Identify execution gaps, dependencies, and stalled actions; escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Provide clear, fact-based execution updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and blockers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in project execution, program coordination, or PMO roles, ideally in technical, R&D, or operational environments.
- PMP Professional Certification & PMI-RMP preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing clear, structured updates for senior management.
- Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and persistent in follow-ups.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
