Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Programme & Project Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and operational support for research–industry collaboration programmes.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing documentation and schedules, and supporting programme activities in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Programme and Project Management teams supporting Joint Lab activities.
- Support day-to-day programme operations and ensure smooth execution of programme activities.
- Coordinate programme-related activities, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Support monthly budget control and tracking for the programme.
- Assist with annual finance reporting and related documentation, with on-the-job training provided where required.
- Maintain accurate financial and programme records.
- Coordinate Senior Management review meetings, including scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, minute-taking, and tracking of action items.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, overseas trip planning, meeting logistics, and teleconference arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of programme records.
- Support other operational and administrative activities as required.
- Serve as a key liaison point with central Operations functions to support smooth office and programme operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational matters.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in programme coordination, project administration, operations support, or a similar administrative role.
- Comfortable with budget tracking, reporting, and documentation; training will be provided where required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable supporting senior management engagements and handling confidential programme documentation.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a structured and process-driven environment.
