Role Purpose
The BU UAT Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end testing delivery for the Accounting & Reporting (A&R) workstream under the Future Finance Programme. This includes developing the UAT strategy, leading test planning, execution, governance, and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across multiple business units.
This is a project leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, deep testing expertise, and the ability to coordinate across finance, business, and technical teams globally.
Organisation Context
The Future Finance Programme (FFP) is a global transformation initiative aimed at modernising the finance function by leveraging new digital capabilities, streamlining processes, and implementing modern solutions such as Oracle Cloud ERP.
The A&R workstream focuses on transforming Finance Operations, Insurance & Operational Accounting, General Ledger, Close Processes, and Internal/External Reporting. The programme involves multiple business units across Asia and a global platform aimed at standardisation and automation.
Key Accountabilities
1. UAT Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end UAT
for all A&R initiatives across assigned Business Units.
- Develop and implement the UAT strategy, test objectives, methodology, scope, and roles.
- Oversee creation, review, and execution of UAT test cases, ensuring full functional and non-functional coverage.
- Ensure UAT entry and exit criteria are met, with proper documentation, tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Own and deliver the UAT completion report
summarising testing results, defects, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure all test planning, execution, and documentation align with FFP governance standards.
- Manage test environments, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocations across markets and teams.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress, risks, issues, and test outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with Programme Leads, BU Leads, Project Managers, and Testing Teams.

- Work closely with Finance, Business Units, Functions, Testing Teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Act as the primary UAT point of contact to ensure alignment across teams.
- Drive strong communication, collaboration, and testing discipline across global and local stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of testing and project experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP(GL, sub-ledgers, accounting processes).
- Experience managing multiple testing phases: Unit Test, Functional Test, SIT, E2E, UAT.
- Solid understanding of finance systems, data flows, General Ledger, and operational accounting.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site teams across onshore/offshore locations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in global delivery/project environments and multi-country coordination.
- Relevant certifications: Test Management, PMP, Agile, Oracle certifications.
