Salary: Up to SGD 7,500/month
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute robust test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and testing best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
- Perform requirements analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approaches.
- Provide regular project updates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Ensure strong automation coverage, test stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
