Position Title:  Early Career Recruiter (12 Months Contract)

About the Role
Our client’s Asia Pacific Early Careers team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Career Recruiter  to join the regional Talent Acquisition team. In this high-impact role, you will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent across multiple business units and geographies.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, with a strong focus on hiring for  Technology functions, while also supporting regional initiatives that enhance employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the careers of future leaders while contributing directly to the organisation's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing insights on talent demand, market trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for interns, graduates, and early talent hires – from sourcing to screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute impactful recruitment campaigns to attract top talent, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Host planning and debrief sessions with hiring teams to align on recruitment needs and ensure consistency in processes.
  • Act as Visa’s culture ambassador, promoting values and brand while sourcing and assessing candidates.
  • Plan and manage recruitment events, including Interview Superdays, campus engagements, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Onboarding, Payroll, Rewards, Inclusion) to ensure seamless hiring and integration.
  • Contribute to special projects, including employer branding campaigns, social media recruitment strategy, data reporting, and early talent program development.
  • Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with occasional after-hours participation (approx. 15%) for events or campus activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience(Early Careers recruitment strongly preferred).
  • Passion for engaging and developing early career talent.
  • Skilled in social media sourcing and employer branding.
  • Proven track record in meeting hiring targets and applying Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate regionally and globally.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
