What you’ll do:
- Business development: Identify and win new client accounts through outbound prospecting, networking as well as referrals; nurture and grow existing relationships.
- Job intake: Take detailed job briefs, advise on market conditions, compensation and hiring strategy.
- Sourcing: Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, events and content.
- Screening and selection: Qualify candidates, assess skills and fit, prepare CVs/shortlists and coach candidates through interviews.
- Process management: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offers, negotiate terms and ensure a smooth close.
- Account management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients; provide market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring best practices.
- Compliance and data: Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, uphold data privacy and right-to-work checks and follow internal processes.
- Performance: Meet or exceed activity, quality, and revenue targets; contribute to team goals and share market intel.
- Branding: Represent Peoplebank at events; create outreach and job ad content that attracts high-quality talent.
What you’ll bring:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or Sales/Business Development/ Relationship or Account Management experience (Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for a Junior Trainee program)
- Strong business development skills: prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- Resilience, urgency and ownership mindset; comfortable working to KPIs and revenue goals.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Must have the right to work in Singapore
Success Metrics:
- Monthly/quarterly billings or gross profit
- Fill rate and time-to-fill
- CV-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
- Client retention and new account wins
- Candidate and client satisfaction (NPS/feedback)
- Pipeline and activity metrics (calls/meetings/submittals)
