About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process at our client's company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that manages candidate experience, interview logistics, and onboarding activities for multiple business divisions across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling(100+ interviews daily) across multiple time zones and business lines, ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to confirm interview logistics, including virtual and in-person setups.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy across recruitment workflows.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process — providing timely communication, feedback, and updates.
- Support onboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, and new hire coordination in collaboration with HR Operations.
- Partner with recruiters to monitor pipeline status, hiring progress, and upcoming hiring events.
- Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling and onboarding processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with our client's internal policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset and positive attitude.
