The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, deep digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record in demand generation for the Greater China market. This is a newly created and high-impact role on our Asia Pacific Marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy, driving high-quality leads, and creating localized content for Chinese-speaking audiences. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and global marketing teams to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Greater China Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development.
- Lead Generation & Demand Marketing:
Launch targeted digital acquisition campaigns across WeChat, Baidu SEM, inbound/outbound channels to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Content Localisation & Thought Leadership:
Champion the development of China-specific narratives, case studies, and marketing materials. Lead content localisation efforts with a strong command of native Chinese writing.
- Product Adoption & Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with Sales to promote LinkedIn’s enterprise products and deliver impactful enablement tools and materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with global and regional teams (Sales, Content, Alliance, and Martech) to align strategies and execute go-to-market initiatives.
- Project Ownership:
Manage marketing projects end-to-end — from concept to execution — ensuring timelines, KPIs, and quality outcomes are met.
- Marketing Manager leading the Greater China market. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
- 5+ years
of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the Greater China market, especially platforms like WeChat, Baidu SEM, Toutiao, and Chinese content marketing trends.
- Strong experience in project management
with the ability to lead and execute initiatives independently.
- Proven track record in crafting localized content strategies and working with Chinese B2B audiences.
- Experience launching full-funnel enterprise marketing programs aligned with sales targets.
- Analytical mindset and ability to measure ROI and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms, Photoshop, and marketing automation tools.
