About the Role
Our Client is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our boutique team in Singapore. As a key ambassador of our client, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain impeccable store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales targets through personalized service and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, developing a strong client network to drive repeat business.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
and communicate key style and design features confidently.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cashiering duties.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation standards
in line with brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and exchanges professionally to maintain brand integrity.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends
and the competitive landscape to enhance customer engagement.
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury retail.
- Strong passion for fashion and customer engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
