Our client is currently hiring Retail Promoters to support retail operations across their stores islandwide. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health products and enjoy engaging with customers.
Employment Details
- Contract: 3 months (under agency), conversion to permanent after
- 3 Months Contract: Up to $2,600 Basic Salary+ Commission
- Working Location: Assigned within 1-hour travel from residence
- Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or roadshows
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage
- Provide basic health advice and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and track product performance
- Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and deliver excellent customer service
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales or marketing team
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product launches as required
Requirements & Working Conditions
- 44 hours per week, 5-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
- Able to work on rotating shifts (Morning / Afternoon)
- Willing to travel to assigned stores within 1-hour commuting distance
