Revenue Operation Specialist - 7 Months Contract

Role Overview
The Deal Advisory Specialist plays a key role in shaping high-quality commercial deals by designing incentive proposals, securing internal approvals, and advising sales teams on best-in-class deal structuring practices.

This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Strategy, and leadership stakeholders to ensure incentive programs are financially sound, strategically aligned, and positioned for long-term commercial success. You will combine financial modeling expertise with strong business judgment to balance client objectives with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Structuring
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategic objectives, growth plans, and incentive requirements

  • Obtain, validate, and forecast client-submitted volume projections; assess assumptions for feasibility and strategic fit

  • Build detailed pro forma financial models to evaluate deal profitability and commercial impact

  • Recommend incentive structures that balance client needs with internal financial, strategic, and operational objectives

2. Internal Alignment & Deal Approval
  • Prepare clear, compelling deal approval materials, including financial summaries, scenario modeling, and strategic rationale

  • Present proposed deal structures to cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales Leadership, Legal, Strategy)

  • Incorporate feedback and ensure proposals meet internal standards and governance requirements

  • Drive timely approvals by coordinating alignment across stakeholders

3. Deal Advisory & Best Practices
  • Review incentive proposals from Digital Sales Representatives and provide structured recommendations to improve deal quality and financial soundness

  • Coach and train sales teams on best practices in:

    • Incentive design

    • Financial modeling

    • Client needs assessment

    • Deal positioning

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on incentive programs, staying current on internal policies, market trends, and commercial strategy evolution

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • MBA or advanced degree is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities

  • Experience evaluating commercial structures, pricing, or incentive programs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver under tight timelines

  • Background in commercial strategy, revenue operations, pricing, or advisory functions is highly desirable
