The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team partners across our client's team to enable scalable growth—designing data-driven strategies, building operational rigor, and delivering the programs, tools, and insights that empower teams to perform at their best.
The Opportunity
Our client is growing rapidly, with a mission to unlock high-quality experiences at scale. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will partner with global and regional leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve the programs, processes, and performance management that accelerate growth across Acquisition, Onboarding, Account Management, and Vendor teams.
This is a high-impact, strategic role. You won’t negotiate deals; instead, you’ll build the strategy, operating model, and performance engine that maximize the value of our partner, marketing, and sales motions—ensuring rigor, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Translate Strategy into Action
- Develop and execute supply strategy
for Experiences—setting clear goals, optimizing host acquisition and retention, tailoring initiatives to local needs, and ensuring scalability and efficiency across markets.
- Build strong partnerships with regional directors, country managers, analytics, marketing, systems, legal, and other teams
to keep programs on track and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct global and local data analysis
to identify trends, size opportunities, and deliver actionable insights
that inform leadership decisions.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, run business reviews, and refine strategies to maximize program impact and business outcomes.
- Improve field team efficiency
and drive growth by leveraging sales and marketplace data to inform strategy and execution.
- Partner with Sales/Account Management, Analytics, Systems, and Vendor teams
to streamline workflows, improve cross-functional models, and pitch new ideas effectively.
- Work with Product and Engineering
to ship tooling for catalog standards, QA, lifecycle triggers, payouts, and partner portals, reducing manual touches per unit.
- Support local pilots and key markets; scale learnings and best practices across the broader Experiences business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years
in marketplace, growth, supply operations, or consulting, spanning performance marketing, partnerships, and sales execution.
- Strong analytics skills; proficiency with Sheets/Excel
and BI tools (e.g., Tableau); SQL experience preferred.
- Experience with SMB and B2B sales cycles
and sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar.
- Proven project management
capability with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership
and crisp written communication; able to influence at executive and field levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to design and evolve financial/business models.
