Role Overview
Join our client’s Ecosystem Risk Insights & Controls team and play a key role in launching and operationalising a regional risk program across APAC. This role focuses on building frameworks, processes, and monitoring capabilities to identify and manage elevated-risk merchants.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across AP markets and the Singapore Market Support Centre, ensuring smooth program execution while driving data-led insights, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor, investigate, and report on program performance using data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Identify trends, anomalies, and risk signals to support timely decision-making
- Manage notifications, billing, and non-compliance assessments related to the risk program
- Support the operational rollout of program processes and controls
- Communicate program findings, updates, and actions with internal stakeholders and clients
- Educate and align regional teams to ensure consistent program adoption
- Support automation initiatives and contribute to tool design
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and data quality
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within banking, payments, fintech, or financial services
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, especially in data-driven environments
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage billing, revenue, and operational workflows accurately
- Comfortable working under tight timelines with a sense of urgency
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in complex environments
- Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, or Power Automate
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting, or workflow automation
