Role Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador and provide a refined, personalised experience to every client. Your role is essential in driving boutique performance through customer engagement, storytelling, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a luxury-level shopping experience to clients by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and impeccable service
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and returning clientele, including VIP customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness to reflect Mikimoto’s brand standards
- Handle transactions with accuracy and discretion, including POS, invoicing, and wrapping
- Participate in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and cycle counting
- Support boutique operations, clienteling efforts, and event preparations
- Stay up-to-date on brand history, craftsmanship, and new collection launches to confidently educate customers
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or premium fashion
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and storytelling through products
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, boutique-style environment with high service standards
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
