About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our client boutique team in Central Singapore. As a representative of a prestigious luxury jewellery house, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and refined client experience while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver personalised and attentive service to local and international clientele
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
- Provide detailed product presentations on pearls, fine jewellery, and craftsmanship
- Upsell and cross-sell across collections
- Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service professionally
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with customers on purchases, new arrivals, and events
- Maintain accurate client database and records
- Support VIP events and boutique marketing initiatives
- Ensure visual merchandising and display standards are maintained
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and brand presentation
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (luxury, jewellery, watches, or premium fashion preferred)
- Strong passion for customer service and luxury retail
- Target-driven with proven sales ability
- Well-groomed with professional presentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
