About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our client’s Sales Operations team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a critical part in supporting the merger of CRM systems into a single master Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless sales team support across SEA.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Data Management: Validate, clean, and audit Salesforce records to ensure accurate and reliable sales data.
- Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, contracts, and operational metrics.
- Contract & Documentation Support: Administer DocuSign workflows, manage contract records, and maintain proper documentation.
- Sales Operations Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to Sales Ops teams in Singapore and China, ensuring smooth coordination for the SEA market.
- User Testing & Process Improvement: Support requirements gathering, assist in system testing, and help identify opportunities to standardize workflows.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to the ongoing CRM merger project, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Good to have: Project management experience or background in finance-related Salesforce reporting.
