As a Sales Operations Associate, APAC, you will partner closely with the APAC Sales Operations Lead and cross-functional teams. You will support centrally driven strategic initiatives while helping define and execute local market strategies that accelerate growth across the APAC region.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, comfort working with data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. You will support both regional strategy development and the day-to-day operational execution of the APAC Supply team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver clear communication from the APAC region to global teams on performance against monthly and annual targets, including business drivers, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, including data querying, extrapolation, manipulation, and modeling to support business decisions.
- Ensure effective communication from global teams to APAC stakeholders, positioning APAC as a key contributor within the global Supply organization.
- Support “run-the-business” operations for the APAC Supply team, including quota setting, performance measurement, business reporting, and productivity tracking.
- Execute and operationalize global programs and strategies across APAC regions, countries, and territories.
- Partner with local Supply leadership to develop and execute market strategies, including lead generation, conversion optimization, supply acquisition, listing quality, and pricing optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to size markets and opportunities, evaluate ROI, and measure program effectiveness.
- Support the development and regional execution of sales and account management playbooks.
- Define and improve sales support systems and processes to scale with rapid business growth.
- Assist Supply leadership in evaluating team performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in strategic projects as required.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven track record as a strong cross-functional business partner.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience building and evolving financial or business models.
- Strong ability to monitor KPIs and derive insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity and efficiency.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market models, sales methodologies, metrics, and business value drivers.
- Experience executing regional or local market strategies and field productivity programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong professional work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace; advanced data analytics skills (e.g. SQL) are required.
