Location: Retail outlets / department stores
Salary: basic salary + 1-month sign-on bonus
Commission Structure: 70%–80% of total earnings are commission-based
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our client's products at retail outlets. You will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales performance through strong product knowledge and service excellence.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling and are motivated by commission-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell home appliances to retail customers
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently
- Provide professional advice to help customers choose suitable products
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure product displays are well-maintained and in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with store staff
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Submit daily / weekly sales reports as required
- Prior retail sales or promoter experience preferred (electronics or home appliances is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets
- Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic salary + Attractive Commission
