Job Description
  • Oversee and maintain all import activities, ensuring smooth and timely operations.

  • Liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external parties for import coordination.

  • Manage import documentation, including uploading to IP systems, maintaining SF records, and ensuring compliance.

  • Prepare related documents such as POs, invoices, and delivery charts to support trade operations.

  • Compile and submit monthly ingredient in/out files and other operational reports to HQ.

  • Manage raw material inventory, including delivery scheduling, stock counts, and reconciliation.

  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives and propose quality improvement measures.

  • Verify and process invoices accurately.

  • Handle claims for damaged goods in accordance with management’s instructions.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
