Key Objective of the Role: To support and coordinate the end-to-end trading activities within the department, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery to customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and related documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance for customers.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards to ensure business integrity.
- Prepare and issue sales and purchase contracts promptly upon business confirmation.
- Generate and maintain regular reports, such as monthly gross profit (GP) and outstanding contract summaries, to support business tracking and decision-making.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure coordinated and efficient operations across the supply chain.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trading operations, preferably within the food industry.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020 and their application in international shipping and trade agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative team player with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a proactive mindset.
