Overview
We are hiring several Salesforce Developers (from Junior to Senior level) to join a growing team delivering Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio. You will help design, configure, and support Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. This is a great opportunity for developers who want to deepen their skills in Omnistudio and Salesforce Industries while working on impactful, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and, where required, Apex / Visualforce customisations.
- Use Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Configure and support packaged / SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
- Perform technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration of system integrations and customisations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio(Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, and Software Platforms
is beneficial.
Must hold at least one of the following (or an equivalent advanced-tier certification):
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative, efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables
and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Exposure to advanced Omnistudio configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules.
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers(for mid/senior candidates).
- Familiarity with low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development methodologies.
