About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions for enterprise applications. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce development experience, particularly in Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and OmniStudio. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using configurations, Apex, and Visualforce where required.
- Build and maintain OmniStudio components, including:
- OmniScripts
- Integration Procedures
- DataRaptors
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Perform technical analysis and contribute to solution design, integrations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to implement system enhancements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable and high-performing applications.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and knowledge sharing on Salesforce best practices.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio(OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of packaged application development, application integration, and software platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with advanced OmniStudio configurations.
- Exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions modules.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
- Knowledge of APIs, low-code development, and packaged application methodologies.
