Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS / SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise SAP BRIM landscape. This is a key technical role responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of mission-critical SAP systems across multiple environments.
The role covers both SAP BASIS and SAP CC administration, with involvement in system operations, enhancements, migrations, and production support activities in a complex enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) systems including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring
- Manage charging catalogs, pricing structures, and high-volume real-time transaction processing
- Troubleshoot charging, rating, and integration issues across SAP BRIM components
- Perform SAP BASIS administration including transport management, client administration, and job scheduling
- Support SAP system migrations (on-premise to cloud / RISE environments) and system refresh activities
- Ensure system stability and performance across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRD environments
- Work closely with functional, billing, integration, and infrastructure teams
- Support deployments, cutover activities, and production incident resolution
- Provide on-call support for critical production issues when required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of SAP BASIS experience (ECC / S/4HANA environments)
- Hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) administration
- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture (CI, SOM, and integration layers)
- Experience in SAP migrations including cloud or RISE environments
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and SAP HANA database preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
- Contract role (renewable)
- Onsite position in Singapore
- Office hours
- Salary: SGD 8,500 – 9,100 per month
