About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP PS/PM Functional Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. You will lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) workstream, driving solution design, business workshops, and cross-functional integration across multiple SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) workstream during an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Design and configure SAP PS, including project structures, milestone billing, resource-related billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability reporting.
- Design SAP PM solutions covering equipment master data, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and service management.
- Lead business requirement workshops and provide functional solution recommendations.
- Drive integration between SAP PS/PM and other SAP modules such as SD, FI/CO, HCM/Payroll, and Time Recording.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the functional team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in SAP functional consulting with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Management.
- Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of PS integration with SD, FI/CO, HCM/Payroll, PM, and related SAP modules.
- Experience leading functional workshops and managing cross-functional solution design.
- Prior experience in service delivery, engineering, utilities, construction, or other asset-intensive industries will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
