About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead to drive end-to-end HR data strategy, governance, migration, and quality initiatives for a large-scale global HR transformation program.

This is a high-impact role where you will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple regions to establish a trusted, scalable, and future-ready HR data foundation. You will play a critical role in enabling advanced reporting, analytics, AI, and next-generation HR technologies through robust data architecture and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
HR Data Strategy & Governance
  • Define and drive enterprise-wide HR data strategy across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy HR systems.
  • Establish global data governance frameworks, standards, ownership models, and data quality controls.
  • Develop data dictionaries, metadata standards, and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Data Migration & Transformation
  • Lead end-to-end HR data migration activities from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Define migration strategies, data mapping rules, validation processes, and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Manage multiple migration cycles including data cleansing, mock migrations, testing, and cutover activities.
Data Quality & Harmonisation
  • Drive data profiling, cleansing, standardisation, and remediation initiatives.
  • Establish data quality KPIs and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Harmonise HR data across multiple SuccessFactors instances, legal entities, and business units.
Reporting & Analytics Enablement
  • Design data structures that support workforce analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Ensure data readiness for AI, GenAI, and advanced people analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with reporting and integration teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all HR data-related decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements across global teams.
  • Lead and mentor data analysts, migration specialists, and data stewards throughout project delivery.
Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or HR data management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors data migration and transformation projects.
  • Strong exposure to global organisations with complex HR data structures, multiple legal entities, and regional requirements.
  • Experience managing multi-instance SAP SuccessFactors environments.
Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data structures, including foundation objects, position management, job architecture, and employee master data.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration methodologies, ETL processes, and HR data conversion activities.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SAP CPI, integrations, reporting platforms, and analytics solutions.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities.
